The past week has been dubbed such things as 'BlackBerry week', the 'BlackBerry Crisis' and so on due the Candian maker '
RIM's darkness relating to their regularly heavily-used services. Customers this week have been left unable to surf the web or use
BlackBerry Messenger (a feature that draws many young customers to the service) for long periods of time, leaving users across Europe and many other places across the globe angry and potentially looking for a new mobile service.
THIS article suggests that BlackBerry could lose up to one in five customers ! thanks to this weeks upsets. This is a staggering number for the already under pressure mobile company, and I'm sure BlackBerry will be attempting to put things right to ensure that the service does not go down again.
