Motorola Razr returns! To arrive in UK next month.

It seems Motorola have brought back their popular Motorola Razr, the mobile that once sold 130 million handsets worldwide, and is still today the best selling clamshell mobile ever. However the new Motorola Razr Droid , will leave the clamshell design behind, and opt for a more current, slick design.

You can already register now  for the Droid Razr, on Motorola's website. So what do we know about it spec-wise?
The smartphone includes a 8mp camera with the opportunity of recording 1080p video. While this is more megapixels than the new Samsung Galaxy Nexus AKA Google Nexus Prime, this does not necessarily mean the camera will be of a higher quality. The new Razr also includes a 4.3 inch super AMOLED display, a super fast 1.2Ghz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, and not to forget its only 7.1mm thick.

Software wise it does include some pre-installed Motorola apps, a notable one being 'Smart Actions', where you can program instructions to carry out specific tasks, based on things such as your current location or the time of day. Also similar to Samsung's Kies Air, the new Motorola smartphone includes an app called Motocast that lets you remotely access your files from your PC or laptop. The Razr is expected to have an update to Android 4.0 ICS in 2012, but for now it will be running Gingerbread.
