Tomorrow should see the official unveiling of Nokia's first ever two Windows Phones - The Lumia 800 and the Lumia 710. Both phones will be running the latest version of Windows mobile OS , Windows Phone Mango.
The Lumia 800 will sport a design almost identical to the Nokia N9, a tremendously sleek design with curved edges almost like we have seen in past iPhones. And if it has all the same design traits of the N9 then we can expect an 8 megapixel camera that can shoot video at 720p@30fps, a 1.4GHz processor, 1GB RAM, a 3.9 inch AMOLED display, 16 or 64GB internal storage, and plenty more top of the range smartphone features. Check out the trailer below for the Nokia N9.
In contrast, the Lumia 710 (AKA Sabre) could reportedly contain a 1.4GHz processor, 1GB RAM, a 5 megapixel camera and a 3.5 inch touch-screen display, looking more like a slightly more budget smartphone as we have seen with the Nokia C7.
Nokia world will begin a mere 9-10 hours away from now as things begin at approximately 9AM BST. You will be able to follow live coverage of the event online if you so wish, and I will be writing up on the event later in the day.
